My friends at Dapper App Labs a Division of Edge One Media have created a one of a kind Countdown to Christmas App that my 17 month old son absolutely loves!

It is a Storybook App that starts on December 1st and goes through December 25th showing each day what happens to a Christmas Tree out in the wild.  From tree trimmings, to visitors, to music, and more; you never know what to expect and what magical things might appear.  It is one of the cutest interactive holiday apps I have come across, and think it is the perfect distraction for your little one this holiday season.

Imagine my delight when I discovered earth friendly cosmetics at my local Sephora.  I have been using Bare Minerals for years and absolutely love it, so when I found PlantLove Botanical Lipstick by Cargo I was in heaven.  Not only do they have a variety of fabulous colors (which were designed by eco-conscious celebrities), but the container is made of corn, the lipstick itself is completely organic, the box when planted grows wild flowers (due to seeds used in making the box), and $2.00 of every sale goes to St. Jude!
